When you subscribe to the newsletter, we keep your email, the date you subscribed, and which part of the site you came from (for example, "end of a story" or "footer") — this helps understand what works, without collecting anything beyond that.

That data lives in Beehiiv, the service that sends the newsletter, hosted in the United States.

Subscribing uses double opt-in: after filling out the form, you get an email and only join the list once you confirm.

You can unsubscribe anytime through the link in any email you receive — that removes your email from the list immediately. To request full deletion of your data, get in touch at contato@jfcarvalho.com.

This site doesn't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If that ever changes, it will always be cookie-free — and mentioned here first.
